We had a great experience working with Patriot Air. From the beginning to the end, every step of the process exceeded our expectations.
We replaced our entire Heating and Cooling system and this was a big decision for our family. We met with 5 different dealers and ended up choosing Patriot Air because of their knowledge and transparency of the entire process. On installment day they were on-time, friendly, professional, and kept working area clean. The president of the company even stopped by to ensure that the installment was going as planned. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and now with having a new system for over a week we have no buyers remorse. Way to go Patriot Air!!!
Installed Furnace / Forced Air Heating
We are so pleased with Patriot Air. We got a 95% efficient Lennox gas furnace at a price that was much lower than quotes from other companies (even lower than some quotes for 80% efficient furnaces of lesser brand names).
I felt that Bill was honest and upfront with us. (Not a pushy salesman type like some others who visited to give us quotes.) The installation was completed in a timely manner and the gentlemen that came to install the furnace were very professional. When we need to replace the AC, we will definitely go with Patriot Air. I have already recommended them to my coworkers.
